Yes, all of our products can be freighted around Australia with TNT/ Fedex and Australia Post. See below for how to get a freight quote. For international customers only our smaller items that can be sent with Australia Post are available for international orders.
Product Lead Time – 2025
As our products are made to order there is a lead time before they can be made and dispatched. Coop, cages, enclosures now received in 2025 will be made and dispatched in early January when we come back from our Christmas break. This does not include drinker and feeder sets and small accessories which will be dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until December 16th. Orders received after the 16th of the December will be dispatched on Monday 5th of January when we resume.

In order to give our customers the best possible freight rates, we use Australia Post and TNT for deliveries throughout Australia.

3. Within the cart on the right hand side, you can add your Country, Town and Postcode to see all the delivery options available to your area.

TNT Depot or Agent Collection
Freight for our items can vary significantly, depending on the size of the enclosure and the destination postcode. In order to keep costs down, we have sorted through the rates from all courier provides and found TNT offer the most economical freight around Australia. We have also been able to offer depot pickup locations throughout Australia for those with the means to collect their order from the depot to save on freight. If you’re unsure of how large the parcels will be and if they’ll fit in your vehicle, parcel dimensions can be found on the third tab under the product images on each product page.
TNT Residential vs Non-Residential Business delivery
If you are choosing the non-residential business delivery option with TNT this needs to be a business address, with company name stated and cannot be a property name, farm name or home based business. TNT is very strict about this, so if you choose the non-residential business delivery but it’s a farm or home based business by TNT’s definition, then we will need to unfortunately charge you the residential delivery fee or you’ll need to change to a depot/agent collection option.
Collect from Royal Rooster in SA
All items can be collected from Royal Rooster in Willaston South Australia for those that live locally and wish to save on freight. Place your order online, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
International Orders
We have most of our drinkers and feeders warehoused currently in the USA so shipping will be very fast. If you live elsewhere, orders will be sent from Australia. The website shows prices in Australian dollars but this will convert to your own currently when you go to pay. Only small items can be shipped internationally. Unfortunately the coops and cages are for Australia only delivery.
