REPLACING YOUR RAIN COVER
When you receive your new rain cover, you'll simply need to unscrew the feeder tray, 'sandwich' the rain cover between the feeder tray and feeder pipe and screw into place. An electric drill is needed to fix together. If you don't have your own drill and have no way of borrowing a drill, then it is possible to glue the components in place, although drilling together securely is recommended.
